As a Sr. Regional Property Manager, David oversees communities in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. With 11 years of property management experience, he is responsible for the daily operation and financial success of these communities and is skilled in operations, financial management, maintenance, and training.
David is a graduate of Ball State University and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Residential Property Management. He is currently pursuing the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through IREM.
