Crystal Blackwell

As the Director of Training and Development , Crystal provides essential support for training and performance objectives to onsite operations across the company portfolio. Crystal is responsible for developing and delivering training manuals, coordinating group coaching sessions, reviewing online learning modules and collaborating with Regional Managers to ensure training and development initiatives are implemented. Crystal promotes the vision of Excellence for Middleburg by ensuring the values and mission of the company are implemented and represented.

Crystal started with Middleburg as an onsite Manager in July of 2020 and brings over a decade of multifamily experience into the Director of Training & Development role. With her understanding of daily onsite operations she provides the enthusiasm, innovation, communication and perspective needed to build and grow the valued team members of Middleburg.
