Hannah Houser

Ms. Houser is responsible for coordinating the complete construction and administrative requirements of various projects and organizing them into the project management system. Ms. Houser utilizes information from the project managers to generate subcontracts, purchase orders, and monthly bank draws. Ms. Houser works to establish and monitor subcontractor’s compliance with subcontract and PO requirements, while verifying cost information from all internal and external sources, maintaining all appropriate records.

Ms. Houser has experience working in multi-family housing. Before joining Middleburg, Ms. Houser began her career at Bell Partners Inc., where she worked as part of an On-Site management team in both Chapel Hill and Charlotte.

Ms. Houser graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
