As Vice President of Land Entitlements, Mr. Pfister is responsible for managing the land entitlement process of each development opportunity undertaken by the Company. These responsibilities include: developing comprehensive and site specific strategies to achieve entitlement approvals, interfacing with elected officials, planning professionals and stakeholders, creating and managing entitlement budgets and approval schedules in coordination with the rest of the development team, and representing the Company at required municipal, zoning and neighborhood meetings.
Mr. Pfister has more than 14 years of commercial real estate development and land entitlement experience. Prior to joining Middleburg, he practiced law in Raleigh, North Carolina representing clients in various commercial real estate, land use and litigation matters.
Mr. Pfister earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a juris doctorate degree from Wake Forest University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
